Ken Hinchcliff became Warden of 自淫系列 in September 2015 after serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science and then the merged Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Professor Hinchcliff graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, and later earned a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a PhD from the Ohio State University in 1990. He was an academic in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Ohio State University from 1990 to 2007, rising to Professor. At the University of Melbourne he led the formation of the joint Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences, directing the review and renewal of the undergraduate teaching programs in that Faculty, and was responsible for the introduction of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program, which the University began teaching in 2011. He is internationally recognised as a scholar of veterinary internal medicine and exercise physiology. His extensive publications include co-authorship of the 9th, 10th and 11th editions of Veterinary Medicine: a textbook of the diseases of cattle, horses, sheep, goats and pigs (Elsevier Health Sciences), the most cited veterinary text book, and lead editor of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd editions of the textbook Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery: basic and clinical sciences of the equine athlete (Elsevier Health Sciences, 2024, 1500 pp). He is the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine, the top ranked veterinary clinical journal, author of more 190 scientific publications and a former member of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Board of Victoria (2009-2023). Professor Hinchcliff is leading a second strategic planning process for 自淫系列 (Trinity 2030) with five pillars: a modern College, an enduring College, a staff focused College, a student centred College and an outward looking College.
